Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required.

• Experience with pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certifications from Vibra-approved vendor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medication orders per policy.
• Serve as information resource on medication therapy for patients, physicians, and staff.
• Coordinate with medical staff and nursing to deliver cost-effective drug therapies.
• Participate in the Antibiotic Stewardship Program focusing on patient safety.
