Job summary

MMT Ambulance in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Critical Care Paramedic to join the primary care transport team. You will provide direct patient care, perform medical transport, and support crew with equipment checks and station duties.

Qualified candidates hold a Paramedic license with CCP certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork are essential; CAPCE-certified training and ongoing education are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Paramedic license and CCP certification/licensure.
• In states without mandatory CCP transport requirements, national CCP certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer life support treatments within the CCP scope.
• Safely operate and maintain EMS vehicles per regulations.
• Deliver competent patient care during transports and documentation.
• Interact professionally with healthcare personnel and provide reports.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and restocking of supplies.
