Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Critical Care Paramedic in Wisconsin for the night shift (6 pm – 6 am). The role offers $31.00–$34.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $2 per hour night differential, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision, paid time off, and 401k.

Responsibilities include collaboration with EMS staff, maintaining current care standards, patient transport, paperwork, and adapting to 24-hour operations while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current WI Paramedic License.
• WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement.
• Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years and clean record.
• BLS – Basic Life Support.
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMS staff and management to assure top-tier patient care.
• Be flexible as shifts may vary due to 24-hour operations.
• Stay up to date with standards of care, certifications, licenses, and registrations.
• Maintain professional conduct with patients, colleagues, and the public.
• Appropriate techniques and protocols for treating medical conditions per state/county rules.
• Provide top-tier medical transport following policies and procedures.
• Keep rig clean and stocked, manage space.
• Gather patient billing information and signatures.
• Prepare and submit pre-hospital care reports.
• Respond promptly to dispatch assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your fellow EMS staff and management to assure top-tier patient care.
• Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock – your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.
• Remain up to date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses and all certifications, licenses, and registrations.
• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
• Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.
• Maintain rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of your space.
• Gather patient billing information and appropriate billing signatures.
• Prepare and submit a pre-hospital patient care report.
• Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement

• BLS – Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
