Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans for patients in a designated specialty to promote recovery and outcomes.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in alignment with policies and protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives for clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Work with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and interns.
