About the Facility

This inpatient facility maintains established critical care protocols and the clinical resources necessary to support ICU-level services on an on-site basis. The unit is a 20-bed mixed medical-surgical ICU that includes CT surgery patients Monday through Friday. Structured support staffing is in place across day and night hours, including MD coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, APP coverage from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and MD on-call availability from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

About the Clinician's Workday

Weekday and weekend availability is needed, with 15 shifts per month on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients in a mixed medical-surgical ICU environment, including CT surgery patients on weekdays. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment.
