Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. seeks an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to manage patients in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The incumbent will directly manage cardiac ICU patients and interpret diagnostic tests while providing education and consultation to the team.

Qualifications include current ACNP certification, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and prescribing privileges with DEA license. Cardiology/critical care experience is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
