Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an experienced critical care clinician to provide comprehensive ICU services in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct thorough assessments, diagnose complex acute and chronic conditions, interpret diagnostic studies, and develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans while documenting care meticulously. Strong procedural skills and communication are essential.

• Experience managing high-acuity patients in ICU settings.
