Job summary

The Registered Nurse in Froedtert Health's Regional Float Pool is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified patient group. This role focuses on adult patients in critical care and requires navigating across critical care units within the network.

Experience includes clinical competence in acute care and a minimum of 12 months inpatient nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of acute care patient population is required.
• A minimum of 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients.
• This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population in the critical care setting.
• The Registered Nurse will navigate within critical care units inside their assigned entity.
