Role Description

HealGen Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Critical Care Nurse for a full-time on-site position located in Hinsdale, IL. The role involves delivering advanced patient care to critically ill individuals, monitoring and managing life-support equipment, administering medications, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The Critical Care Nurse will assess patient conditions, document medical interventions, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing and Emergency Nursing, with the ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
• Proficiency in Critical Care Nursing, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients with complex health conditions.
• Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, with an understanding of advanced medical interventions and treatments.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and deliver comprehensive care.
• Valid RN license in the state of Illinois and certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and compassion.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
