Job summary

Gifted Healthcare seeks an experienced MICU RN to care for critically ill patients with a broad range of conditions. You will perform high-level nursing duties, communicate effectively with the care team, and lead within the unit.

The role involves 3 x 12-hour night shifts, supervising and coordinating with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in an ICU/critical care environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and order diagnostic tests; administer IV fluids and medications.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards and protocols.
• Ensure ventilators, monitors and related equipment function properly.
