Britt Medical is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Critical Care Specialist to join our growing ICU team in Johnson City, TN. This full-time, hospital-employed role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule and a chance to teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

Join our Level I Trauma Center with academic affiliation to East Tennessee State University, serving a diverse 1.3 million across multiple counties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care medicine.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU teams and participate in teaching.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or academic affiliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients as part of a growing team.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with the academic affiliation and trauma services to support patient care and research.
