Aya Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. The assignment is 13 weeks with a 3, 12-hour day schedule and an optional 3, 12-hour night shift. Start date is 10/26/2026 and Epic is the charting system used.

Qualifications

• Experience with ventilated patient care and critical care protocols.
• Ability to manage IV sedation and arterial blood gases.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and isolation precautions.
• Proficiency in reading dysrhythmias and arterial line monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing care for float assignments.
• Monitor and adjust ventilated patients and hemodynamic status.
• Follow charting and IV medication protocols.
