Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift at Lourdes Health System in Camden, NJ. The RN will assess patients, plan and implement care, and ensure safe delivery of nursing services in a 24-hour operation.

Minimum 0-1 year experience with NJ RN license; Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. On-site role with a focus on patient education, care coordination and teamwork within the nursing unit.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years' experience required; 2-4 preferred.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• NJ RN License required; refer to policy in Nursing Admin Manual.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment to develop a plan of care.
• Administers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions.
• Participates in clinical decision-making and education of patient/family.
• Delegates and monitors care rendered by nursing staff.
• Identifies performance improvement opportunities and maintains competencies.
• Participates in orientation and development of healthcare team.
