Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse I for the Tulsa area. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process per hospital standards and unit policies.

Requirements include a state-approved nursing diploma/degree and an Oklahoma RN license. Experience is not required beyond 0-6 months; shift is 7p–7a with bonuses for sign-on and relocation.

Qualifications

• Completion of basic professional nursing curriculum approved by a state board.
• Holds or is entitled to hold a nursing diploma/degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess and care for patients.
• Documents steps of the nursing process accurately.
