Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in the New York area. The role requires ED, ICU and Med Surg experience, with travel nursing experience preferred. Ohio licensed RNs (or compact licensure) are eligible after submission, with mandatory floating to multiple units.

Local and travel candidates are welcome; a 12-hour night shift schedule is standard, with 14 days max time off and mandatory certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS) to be included at submission.

Qualifications

• 1 year Emergency Department, ICU and Med Surg experience required.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
• COVID vaccination required after submission.

Responsibilities

• Float to ER, Med Surg and ICU as assigned.
• Work night shifts (12-hour) for a 13-week contract.
• Shift scheduling includes weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 24 months (2 years).
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
