Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is seeking a Flight Nurse to provide safe, comprehensive care for critically ill and injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports. You will operate under supervision, apply flight nursing protocols, and maintain professional licensure.

The role requires active RN licensure, 3–5 years of critical care experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS along with transport certifications (TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS). Strong communication and charting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state employed.
• Minimum 3 years (5 years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred.
• CFRN within twenty-four months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete the PHI Health Group education/orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Document assessment, treatment, and billing information accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with management and internal/external customers.
• Support PR and marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge base through meetings, reviews, labs, and education sessions.
• Complete annual competency requirements.
