Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Patient Care Technician to support our critical care team. You will perform patient care activities, monitor EKG rhythms, and assist with secretarial duties to ensure efficient unit operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a nursing assistant program, and competency in ECG rhythm interpretation. Evening, per diem shifts with flexible scheduling are available to support our patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED.
• Completion of a nursing assistant technical program.
• Successful completion of an EKG course and competency in ECG rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EKG rhythms and interpret changes, communicating findings to the team.
• Perform patient care tasks and support personal needs and comfort.
• Handle general secretarial/reception duties and maintain critical care unit records.
