TouchPoint in Detroit, MI is seeking a Critical Care Dietitian to deliver advanced medical nutrition therapy in an inpatient, high-acuity setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in the ICU and related units.

Requirements include RDN credential or eligibility and CNCS/CNSC advancement within one year. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in practicing state.
• Specialty certification when required.
• Two years of work experience in specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical nutrition care: assess and plan nutrition for patients in a designated specialty area.
• Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle for long-term wellness.
• Apply latest research to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaborate with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentor and develop dietetic staff and interns.

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do:

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
