Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN seeks highly qualified critical care anesthesiologists to join the Division of Critical Care within the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. The team comprises over 50 anesthesia intensivists as part of a large anesthesia practice, with an academic appointment to Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.

Practice encompasses general and specialty surgery, cardiac and transplant critical care, and a virtual acute care program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology and Critical Care.
• Interest in joining a high-volume, high-acuity practice.
• Experience or interest in virtual care, clinical informatics, data analytics, or AI is preferred.
• Interest in mechanical circulatory support, oncologic, and transplant critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care anesthesia in surgical and ICU settings.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team across services.
• Engage in academic appointments and opportunities at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
• Contribute to teaching, research, and program development.
