Family & Children’s Services is hiring a COPES Therapist/Counselor in Tulsa to provide telephone and mobile crisis triage, assessment, and stabilization. Clinicians work in a supportive team environment with training before field deployment and ongoing development to ensure client safety.

The role emphasizes field-based crisis response, rapid assessment, and coordination with police when needed, within a dynamic Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW or LMFT (Oklahoma) or under supervision for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone and mobile crisis triage, assessment and stabilization.
• Perform field-based visits when warranted with a team and police presence.
• Deescalate and stabilize individuals in crisis.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure safety and effectiveness.
