View Point Health seeks an experienced Licensed Social Worker 2 for the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lawrenceville. The role involves individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and comprehensive documentation in the ECR system.

The candidate must hold a GA licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC or LAPC) and have two years of supervised experience. The CSU operates 24/7 with fast-paced, trauma-informed care and a focus on stabilization and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and counseling from an accredited college or university and eligibility to be licensed.
• Two years of supervised experience in the area of assignment or two years of experience at the lower level social worker.
• Licensed in GA as LMSW/LAPC/LCSW or LPC to bill Medicare.

Responsabilités

• Provides individual and group counseling to the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit - Lawrenceville.
• Documents client contacts in ECR within 24 hours; provides crisis intervention and writes SMART treatment plans.
• Performs biopsychosocial assessments and completes verified diagnoses.
• Under supervision learns psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning.
• Performs commitment determinations and/or executes orders of involuntary commitments.
