Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is looking for compassionate behavioral health professionals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to provide on-site crisis support to businesses affected by workplace disruptions. As an Independent Consultant, you will expand our network and receive comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and personalized support.

Candidates must have a master's degree in mental health, be independently licensed in Wisconsin, and hold malpractice insurance. R3 is committed to supporting your growth with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations affected by disruptive events.
• Expand R3 Continuum's network in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
• Offer personalized support and electronic reporting.
