Qualifications

• Master's degree in Emergency Management or related field required.
• 2-4+ years of professional experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in academic environments and student support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend a weekly feedback meeting with assigned EU administrator to review student and classroom issues.
• Maintain accurate attendance daily and weekly.
• Make phone calls to students who have been absent.
• Review and administer pre- and post-testing in all appropriate courses.
• Administer required surveys and assessments in all appropriate courses.
• Notify registrar of changes in roster and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to University policies, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain syllabi, update attendance and grades, and manage student records on campus.
• Conduct classes as scheduled and minimize breaks; arrive 20 minutes early prepared.
• Be available to students 15 minutes prior to class; submit grades by Monday 5pm EST after term end.
• Ensure students adhere to University Policy and participate in graduation ceremonies if possible.
• Maintain clean and orderly classrooms and provide student support on academic issues.
