Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal lived experience in mental health or substance abuse recovery.
• Experience as a Peer Recovery Specialist preferred; certification within 12 months required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support in psychiatric crisis to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with CITAC staff and community providers to support consumers.
• Work with independence on recurring tasks and prioritize work safely.
• Uphold professional ethics and Region Ten policies.
