The role involves direct care, supporting recovery goals, de-escalation, and leading group activities within inpatient, outpatient, or residential settings.

Starting salary is $29,328.20 plus shift differentials and benefits, with additional weekend and evening pay.

Qualifications

• No experience or education required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to consumers of behavioral health treatment in inpatient, outpatient or residential settings.
• Monitor recovery progress toward treatment goals and participate in recovery, wellness and social skills groups.
• Perform de-escalation activities and develop/manage group activities.
