Deliveroo is seeking an Analyst, Risk Intelligence to join our London team. This on-site role will guide escalation and response to safeguard people, assets, and our brand during critical incidents.

You will work at the intersection of technology, tradecraft, and crisis management, delivering actionable insights to mitigate global disruptions and support enterprise leaders in timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven intelligence experience in crisis management or global security operations.
• Analytical and technical tradecraft with GIS tools to produce decision-ready intel.
• Environmental risk literacy with meteorology and natural hazards knowledge.
• Decisive problem-solving under pressure during high-stakes events.
• Crisis communication skills with ability to set a calm, proactive tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑shift incident intelligence, providing rapid risk assessments for incident command.
• Produce predictive intelligence products, including daily briefs and IS/INTSUMs.
• Detect and triage tactical alerts, triaging events and closing information gaps.
• Collaborate with Crisis Management, Legal, Comms, and Trust & Safety for alignment.
• Drive global operational continuity with handovers across London and regions.
