Responsibilities

• Researching and writing focused memoranda on discrete legal issues.
• Reviewing, organizing, and commenting on disclosure.
• Appearing in provincial court on behalf of the firm’s clients.
• Supporting counsel in oral argument at trial and on appeal.
• Supporting administrative staff with transcript and exhibit collection and appeal book assembly; and
• Other tasks as assigned.
