Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in philanthropy and managing grants programs is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual budgets for the Human Rights program area and monitor resources.
  • Maintain a grantmaking portfolio and report progress to Board and management.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of funding in the Human Rights program area.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to advance strategic growth of the program.
  • Design activities to amplify grantmaking impacts, including convenings and dissemination of results.
