Responsibilities

• Conduct evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials
• Meet with clients to discuss discovery and negotiate pleas
• Communicate with prosecutors, judges, and court representatives
• Participate in docket calls in state and municipal courts
• Perform legal investigations and prepare legal documents
• Handle consultations with leads and assist in signing them up
• Attend legal proceedings, conduct legal analysis, and provide legal advice
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve cases
• Provide counseling on legal options and negotiate on clients’ behalf
• Manage case files and ensure updates are accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Report to a Supervising Attorney and work closely with the Client Care Team to keep clients fully informed about case status

Qualifications

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
