Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney who will passionately advocate for clients facing diverse criminal charges, including DUIs, drug offenses, violent crimes, and white-collar cases.

The ideal candidate has an active SC Bar license, at least one year of criminal law experience, strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and is comfortable traveling for court appearances, with a client-centric approach and commitment to thorough defense.

Qualifications

Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in criminal law.
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for court appearances.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in cases involving DUIs, drug offenses, violent crimes, and white-collar charges.
Conduct thorough legal research and develop individualized defense strategies.
Attend court proceedings, including hearings and trials, as a prepared advocate.
Negotiate plea agreements and pursue case dismissals with prosecutors.
Guide clients through legal processes, providing clear advice and support.
Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, and expert witnesses to strengthen cases.
