Qualifications

• Pass criminal and ethics background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage in criminal appellate practice focused on victims of sexual abuse and crimes against children.
• Present frequent oral arguments in Iowa’s appellate courts and advise prosecutors on appellate strategy.
• Review legislation, train prosecutors, and contribute to the development of Iowa law.
