Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking a Crime Reporting Field Representative to support the Field Services Unit in Oklahoma City. This role trains and assists law enforcement on crime reporting procedures, enhances data quality, and maintains required records in alignment with FBI guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting training, liaising with agencies, auditing reporting systems, and contributing to special projects in a regular capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with education/experience specified for crime reporting.
• Data collection, auditing and reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality reviews and forward results for corrections.
• Plan and conduct training for law enforcement on crime reporting procedures.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies in assigned region to guide reporting practices.
• Assist in developing and managing automated crime incident record keeping systems.
• Provide ODIS backup customer support and participate in special projects.
