Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc., located in Hamlet, NC, is hiring Crew Transport Drivers to safely transport railroad crew members. This position offers a starting pay of $14.00 per hour for DYV drivers and $15.00 per hour for OTR drivers. With company-provided vehicles and a focus on safety, the ideal candidate will be dependable and outgoing.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and practicing safety awareness.
• Prioritize on time performance to meet customer needs.
• Pick up and drop off our customers safely.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate timely with our Dispatch Center.
• Report any defects or problems during vehicle inspection.
