McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member at a franchise-operated restaurant. Roles include taking orders, preparing McDonald’s World Famous food, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist through company programs.

Qualifications

• This is a part-time or full-time crew position with on-the-job training.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work as a Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Collaborate with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and keep the restaurant presentable.
• Maintain a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
