Crew Team Member — Flexible Scheduling + Great Benefits

Flexible scheduling with a side of appreciation. At the Suarez Family McDonald’s restaurants, we’re serving up more than great food—we’re creating a workplace where you can grow, have fun, and feel valued.

A Schedule That Works for YOU

Our 3rd Shift positions have start and end times between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and we offer flexibility within that window.

You will NOT be scheduled for a 12-hour shift. We’ll talk about the hours that work best for you during your interview and find a schedule that fits your availability.
