McDonald's in Illinois is seeking a friendly Crew Team Member to greet customers, take orders, and help prepare all McDonald’s World Famous foods. You will work with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals, while keeping the restaurant tidy and inviting for guests.

Roles offer flexible schedules (part-time or full-time) with strong training through Archways to Opportunity, uniforms, health options, and tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year. Minimum age is 16.

Qualifications

• 16+ age minimum.
• Previous fast-food or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and connect with them to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers with ordering their meals.
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
