Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Crew Team Member for a franchise restaurant. The role can be part-time or full-time and offers pay between $12.80 and $14.00 per hour, with starting pay based on qualifications and experience.

You’ll receive extensive training through Archways to Opportunity, including high school completion courses and college tuition assistance, plus English language courses. Applicants must be 16 or older and ready to work in a fast-paced team.

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
