McDonald’s crew members join a diverse team at our Mitchell restaurant, with part-time or full-time hours and on-the-job training. Archways to Opportunity education programs and English language courses are available to support growth.

You’ll build skills in customer service, teamwork, and fast-paced service while helping customers enjoy McDonald’s World Famous food and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided
• Part-time or full-time availability, including closing shifts
• Must be 14 years of age or older to work as crew member

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order their meals
• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
