Successful candidates will work part-time or full-time and enjoy flexible scheduling to fit school or other commitments. Training programs including Archways to Opportunity are provided to support education and career growth.

You will engage with customers, take orders, prepare our World Famous food, and work with the team to keep the restaurant running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
