Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Crew Team Member to join our restaurant in Payson, AZ. You’ll connect with customers, assist with ordering, and help prepare World Famous food in a fast-paced team environment.

You must be 16 years of age or older and able to work part-time or full-time hours, including breakfasts, lunches, nights and weekends. Training is provided through Archways to Opportunity and other programs to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
