You will connect with customers, help them order, and prepare McDonald's World Famous food in a fast-paced team environment, partnering with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals while keeping the restaurant looking its best. You must be 16 or older to apply.

Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
• Crew member opportunities are available practically anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends - whatever.
• Archways to Opportunity education programs offer high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance and English Language courses.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
