Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring Crew Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and prepare World Famous food in a fast-paced setting. You’ll join a supportive team and receive extensive training through Archways to Opportunity, which includes high school completion and college tuition assistance.

We welcome part-time or full-time applicants, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older to join the crew.

Qualifications

• Crew member opportunities are available practically anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends - whatever.

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
