Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work as a Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Help customers order meals and answer questions about the menu.
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food items.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Keep the restaurant and dining area clean and organized.
