McDonald’s crews are the frontline in our restaurant teamwork. As a Crew Team Member in Fort Worth, you will engage with customers, take orders, and help prepare McDonald’s World Famous food in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll learn through strong training programs, Archways to Opportunity education options, and supportive managers. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic hospitality-minded approach and desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
