Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking Crew Team Members for flexible, part-time or full-time roles in a fast-paced Michigan restaurant. You will engage with customers, help them order their meals, and prepare World Famous food.

You’ll work with fellow crew and managers to meet daily goals, keep the restaurant clean, and deliver a positive dining experience. Must be 16 or older; Archways to Opportunity education programs are available to support growth.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
