Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• On-the-job training and Archways to Opportunity education programs including high school completion and college tuition assistance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages; may take payment.
• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
