Qualifications

• You’ll need a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order their meals and select menu items
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and keep the restaurant looking great
• Support a fast-paced, team environment and learn as you go
