Starting pay is $15.92 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and advancement through Archways to Opportunity. This role requires being 18 or older and readiness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Starting pay up to $13 per hour; current rate $15.92 per hour.
• Flexible availability including breakfast, lunch, nights, weekends.
• Willingness to learn and grow with Archways to Opportunity programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders.
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with crew and managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
