McDonald’s Franchisee owned restaurant is hiring a Crew Team Member to connect with customers and ensure a positive dining experience. You’ll help customers order their meals and prepare all World Famous food in a fast-paced, team environment.

We offer competitive pay from $15-$18 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and flexible scheduling. Whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time, this role supports career growth and learning through Archways to Opportunity and other training.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work part-time or full-time schedules.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member, unless 14/15 with a valid school-issued work permit.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their meals
• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Perform a number of different tasks daily as needed
