McDonald’s is hiring for Crew Team Members in our neighborhood restaurant. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, and weekends. You’ll receive top-notch training and access to Archways to Opportunities programs for education and growth.

As a Crew Member, you’ll connect with customers, help them order, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food in a fast-paced team setting. We encourage enthusiasm and a great attitude for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers order their meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
